The Art of Delegation

Michelle is an experienced trainer in The Art of Delegation. She takes a hands-on approach to engage managers and supervisors in effective leadership skills using a coaching model and strong interpersonal communication skills to create an effective goal oriented learning environment for their employees and staff.

Michelle has taught The Art of Delegation for Portland Community College in partnership with local companies.
