Influence and Persuasion

Michelle is an experienced Influence and Persuasion instructor. She takes a hands-on approach to engage business owners, managers and supervisors in effective leadership skills using a coaching model and strong interpersonal communication skills to create an effective goal oriented learning environment for their employees and staff.

Michelle has taught Influence and Persuasion for Portland Community College in partnership with local companies.

Course Length: 4-8 hours depending on the number of participants and topics included.
