
Train the Trainer
Michelle is an experienced Train the Trainer instructor. She takes a hands-on approach to engage class learners in becoming skillful on the job trainers, working with various learning styles, designing and delivering course content and creating an inviting learning environment.
Michelle has taught Train the Trainer classes for Portland Community College, Lower Columbia College and Chemeketa Community College in partnership with many Northwest companies.

Course Length: 20-24 hours depending on the number of participants and topics included.
